Premier Circuit Teams

9U-18U

Our AAU Circuit Teams are built for elite-level players ready to compete on the national stage. These teams participate in top-tier showcases and exposure events, offering athletes the chance to test their skills against the best on the East Coast and beyond. For players in the 14U-18U division, our focus extends beyond competition as we strive to create pathways for college recruitment and scholarship opportunities.

Regional Teams

6U-14U

Designed for highly competitive local and regional play, our Regional Teams emphasize advanced skill development, team strategy, and game execution. These teams provide a stepping stone to elite competition, preparing athletes for higher levels of play while competing in local and regional tournaments.

Next Generation Hoopers

5U-9U

At Next Era Hoops, we're committed to developing young athletes from the ground up. Our Next Generation Hoopers program introduces players (ages 5-9) to basketball fundamentals, teamwork, and game IQ, laying the foundation for long-term success on the court. Our goal for younger athletes is to have our young athletes competing in local tournaments by 3rd grade.

Coaching and Player Safety

Player safety is one of our top priorities. NEXT ERA continually reviews and updates policies, programs, and training to ensure the safety of our players.

Background Screening

Comprehensive screenings through national, state, and local criminal databases and sex offender registries.

Safety Certifications

Concussion Awareness and Prevention training and certification for all staff members.

Abuse Prevention

Sexual Abuse Awareness and Prevention training and certification for all personnel.

Emergency Response

Adult and pediatric first aid, CPR, and AED training and certification for coaches and staff.

USA Basketball Certified

Our coaches are USA Basketball Gold Certified, ensuring they meet the highest standards.
